Reviews on Cell Phone Number Searches, Ringtones Services & How to Get The Best Deal on a New Cell Phone.
Kristin was twenty-seven years old. She had known she was adopted since she was twelve years old. However, until now, she had not been very interested in who her birth parents might be and why they had given her up for adoption. During her teenage years, her mind had been occupied by defining herself and what she wanted to do with her life. She had been busy with boys and marching band and parties. Her adopted parents had always been there to support her on a day-to-day basis and she considered them to be her "parents".
However, after Kristin graduated from college with a degree in journalism and communications, she went to work for a local television station. This station featured kids who were wards of the state and available for adoption every Wednesday. These stories started to get under her skin, and, although she didn’t want to hurt her adopted parents, she began to think about finding out who her birth parents were and if they were still alive. After all, hopefully she would meet the guy of her dreams soon and they would get married and have children. She knew nothing of her own inherited health risks and did not want to pass this lack of knowledge along to any children that might be in her future.
Kristin began to search the Internet for genealogical information and posted several messages on sites set up for the purpose of reuniting adopted children with their biological parents. After about six months of searching, she received several messages from people claiming to be her birth mother or father. Knowing that all of these claims could not be legitimate, she resorted to the database at www.ReverseMobile.com to compare available adoption search records with the information she had found out in her genealogical research.
Fortunately, Kristen was able to weed out the phonies and was eventually reunited with her birth mother who in turn put her in touch with her birth father. She met with each of them on a one-to-one basis and asked them both many questions. They were forthcoming with answers and interested in her life as well. The blanks in Kristin’s past were filled in and she now felt ready to move on to the next stage in her life- finding Mr. Right. Maybe the Internet could help with that, too?
